Ingredients

 2 lbs. sliced.halibut
 White wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon chopped leek
 Finely chopped garlic
 Salad oil1 1/4 Tablespoon
 Dash of ginger powder

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a container and add soy sauce, white wine, chopped garlic and leek, ginger powder and salad oil.
2) Shake it vigorously to mix the ingredients well.
3) Shake once again after some time to blend the ingredients thoroughly.
4) Take a baking dish and arrange the halibut in it.
5) Top it with the sauce.
6) Cover and place it in a refrigerator for ½ an hour.
7) Leave 4 teaspoons of sauce in the baking dish and remove the rest.
8) Cover and cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

SERVING
9) Serve with a garnish of your choice.
