Batter
 
2 eggs, beaten
 
1 Cup (250 ml), milk
 
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
 
1 Cup (250 ml) flour
 
4 haddock fillets, cut into sticks

Directions

–  In a deep-fryer, heat oil to 400 °F (205 °C).
–  In a bowl, combine all batter ingredients and dip haddock sticks into it. Drop into deep-fryer, fry until golden, then remove, drain on paper towel, and serve.
