Directions

Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
Spread cubes evenly over cookie sheet.
Let dry 2 days or until cubes lose moisture.
Heat butter and oil in large skillet until butter melts.
Remove butter mixture from skillet; reserve.
Add garlic powder, salt, and parsley to butter mixture; mix well.
Reheat skillet in which butter mixture was heated.
Add croutons; distribute evenly over skillet surface.
Pour butter mixture over croutons.
Stir to distribute evenly.
Fry croutons until golden brown and heated thoroughly.
Cool; store up to 1 month in airtight container.
