Fried Fish With Almonds Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 fillets of sole | ||
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Ground almonds | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 slices ham, cut in 2-inch strips | ||
Directions
Cut fillets in half lengthwise and then cross wise, making 4 pieces.
Mix together the onion, ginger, salt, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry, and egg.
Dip fish in the mixture.
Dip one side of fish in almonds.
Roll each fillet around 1 slice of ham.
Deep fry fish until browned.
