Fried Eggs Recipe

1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Directions
Grease a heat-resistant, non-metallic saucer with the butter.
Carefully break eggs onto saucer.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Puncture egg yolk with a wooden pick.
Heat, uncovered, on roast for 1 minute.
Shake to loosen eggs from sides of saucer.
Heat, uncovered, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer.
Do not overcook as eggs will continue cooking while standing.
Let eggs stand, covered, 1 minute to finish cooking.
