1 scallion
 
1 tablespoon oil
 
2 tablespoons water
 
1/2. tablespoon brown sugar
 
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

1. Mince scallion.
2. Heat oil. Add scallion; stir-fry to brown lightly.
3. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce and water; cook to heat through. Sprinkle sauce over fried eggs and serve.
