Crispy Fried Dough Recipe Video

Directions
Mix them well. Wait for 10 minutes.
Add warm milk, 2 1/2 tsp sugar and salt to the bowl.
Add vanilla, olive oil and egg to the bowl.
Add half the flour to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients.
Add enough of remaining flour until dough is soft, but not too sticky.
If the dough is too dry, add some more warm milk. If too wet, add more flour.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes and keep in a bowl.
Add a drop of olive oil and cover for 40 minutes in a warm place.
Punch out air from the risen dough.
Put the dough on a clean floured surface.
Pull the dough apart (6 equal parts).
Flatten each part with a roller until it is thin.
Heat oil in a large pan at 375 degrees F.
Deep fry the flattened dough until it is golden brown.
Drain them on a paper.
Toss the fried dough with sugar and cinnamon.
