 Cornflour1 Teaspoon (Marinade:)
 Bamboo shoots90 Gram (Marinade:)
 Mushrooms60 Gram (Marinade:)
 Green pepper1 (Marinade:)
 2 teaspoons coarsely chopped onion
 Ginger slice2 (Marinade:)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sesame oil1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sherry2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Pinch monosodium glutamate, black pepper

Directions

Cut the chicken into thin slices and marinate for 20 minutes.
Slice the bamboo shoots and de-seed the pepper.
Cut into pieces about 2-cm (3/4-in) square.
Slice the mushrooms.
Deep-fry the chicken for about 1 minute and drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the onion and ginger for 15 seconds, add the vegetables and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Then add the chicken and cook for another 30 seconds.
Pour in the seasoning sauce, stir and serve.
