1. In a plastic bag put the carrot strips and flour. Shake it well till all the carrot is coated well.
2. In a deep pan heat oil on medium high. Put the flour coated carrot strips and fry till done.
3. Transfer to a strainer and sprinkle salt to taste.
4. In a serving plate, serve the fries warm with choice of dip or ketchup.
