Fried Cabbage and Nuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1 Ounce | |
| 1 medium cabbage or other greens | ||
| Onion | 1 | |
| 1 cup hazelnuts or peanuts | ||
| Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan, heat the butter or oil. Make sure that the pan selected can be easily covered by a lid or plate.
2) With a sharp knife, shred the cabbage and onion. Place in the pan along with the nuts (whole or chopped).
3) Cover the pan and cook gently for about 15 minutes.
4) Season with some freshly ground pepper and sea salt and some garlic.
SERVING
5)Serve hot.
