Fried Bananas With Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 large bananas, peeled & cut in half lengthwise | ||
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice of 1 orange | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Orange peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Lemon peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Powdered sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet and fry bananas 1 minute each side.
Pour the sugar, juices and peels over the bananas.
Simmer about 15 minutes.
Baste with syrup while cooking.
Serve with the sauce.
