Pan Fried Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
1 firm, green-tipped banana
1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine
Directions
Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise.
In a wide frying pan over medium-low heat, melt butter.
Place banana, cut side down, in butter and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Carefully turn bananas and cook another 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
