Ingredients

 
6 large tart apples
 
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 
2 tsp granulated fructose
 
1 tsp nutmeg
 
Dash cloves
 
Vegetable spray

Directions

Core apples and then cut them into 1/2 in. (1.25 cm) slices (do not peel).
Combine flour, fructose, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
Stir to blend.
Lightly coat each side of the apples slices with the flour mixture.
Fry in a vegetable-sprayed skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Re-spray pan as needed.
