Hot sauce to taste

Directions
Combine ground beef, garlic, and onion in a Dutch oven, cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain well.
Add beans and next 10 ingredients; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve with chopped green onions, cheese, or corn chips, if desired.
