Beef Pattie with Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
| 5 slices soft bread, broken | ||
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 1/2 Pound | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
| 2 a milk | ||
| Fat | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 can mushroom soup | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine bread, ground beef, pork, salt, pepper, eggs and milk.
Mix well.
The mixture will be quite soft.
Melt fat in skillet; drop in meat mixture by teaspoonfuls.
Brown on both sides.
Put patties in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Pour mushroom soup and water into drippings in pan.
Pour over patties.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Mix well.
