Bacon- 4 slices
 
Flour- 2 tablespoons
 
Salt and pepper- to taste

GETTING READY
1.Start by cleaning the fowl and cutting into serving pieces

2.In a frying pan, fry bacon to extract the fat also sauté pieces of fowl in fat until brown
3.Now add the flour stir until thoroughly mixed, also add 2 cups hot water, salt and pepper, and stir until gravy boils
4.Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 1/2 hours
