 Cooked chicken1 Small
 Hard boiled eggs2
 1/2 pint mixed milk and chicken stock
 2 lb long grained rice
 Seasoning
 Butter1 Ounce
 Flour1 Ounce
 2 tabs. Cream

Directions

Make a white sauce with the melted butter, flour and milk and stock.
Stir while it thickens, and then season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into fairly thick pieces and heat very gently in this sauce.
