Fresh Tongue With Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons sour cream
 
1 teaspoon minced shallots or onion
 
1 tablespoon each chopped fresh parsley and prepared horseradish
 
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
 
8 ounces sliced cooked fresh beef tongue, chilled
 
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard

Directions

In small bowl combine all ingredients except tongue.
Arrange tongue on serving platter and serve with sauce.
