Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop basil leaves.
2. Clean the shrimps.

MAKING
3. In a skillet, heat oil, pour the green curry paste and cook for 5 minutes, add coconut milk and sugar, allow to cook for 20 minutes.
4. Add shrimps, cook for another 5 minutes. Add basil leaves.

SERVING
5. Garnish with lime slice and serve hot with steamed rice.
