• Bean sprouts
 
• Mixed leafy greens
 
• Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
 
• Finely sliced radish
 
• Red and yellow bell peppers
 
• Juice and zest of 1 lemon
 
• Salt & Pepper Blend
 
• Lemon & Mint Chili sauce
 
• Olive oil
 
• Fresh mint leaves, picked and torn
 
• Summer Mix Blend – optional

Directions for preparation:

• Finely slice the vegetables and put in a large bowl.
• Add the mixed greens and toss together.
• In another bowl, add 1/2 cup Lemon & Mint Chili sauce, the squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and some Salt & Pepper Blend and mix it.
• Pour the sauce on top of the salad.
• Roast Summer Mix Blend for 2 minutes in a pan and sprinkle on top of the salad.
• Spread fresh lemon zest and mint leaves on top and serve.
