|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Strawberry puree||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|

Place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Stir in orange juice, strawberry puree and lemon juice.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
Fold in sliced strawberries.
Turn into 4-cup mold and chill until firm.
To serve, unmold and garnish with whipped cream.
NOTE: Serve on salad or as dessert.
