Ingredients

 
2 cups fresh corn, cut from cob
 
2 teaspoons sugar
 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
3 eggs, lightly beaten
 
2 tablespoons butter
 
2 cups milk

Directions

Combine corn, sugar, salt, and pepper in bowl.
Add eggs; mix well.
Place butter and milk in saucepan; heat until butter is melted.
Blend with corn mixture.
Turn into greased 1 quart casserole; place casserole in pan of hot water.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
