Fresh Snap Bean Salad Italian Style Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked fresh green beans | ||
| 2 cups cooked, diced potatoes | ||

| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |

| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Anchovies | 8 , diced | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix lightly.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, add celery, anchovies, mayonnaise, and vinegar.
