Fresh Peach Crumble Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups peeled sliced fresh peaches 1 /4 cup water
2 teaspoons lemon juice 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Place peaches in greased baking dish, and sprinkle with water and lemon juice.
Combine remaining ingredients until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Sprinkle over peaches, and bake in moderate oven 350°F. 40 minutes.
