Directions

Wash 1 pint fresh mushrooms, trim off stem ends; slice through cap and stem.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter in skillet; add mushrooms; sprinkle with 2 teaspoons flour; toss to coat.
Cover and cook over low heat till tender, about 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper.
