I think a better option would be, you mail the admin and ask then if the problem is coz the frmat has to be changed into something else. Admin should be able to give you a solution for this! :)

Many times I have noticed that it takes a day or two for the video to show up. I would suggest waiting a while before uploading them again. I know what a pain it can be.
