Dressing:
 
Dairy Sour Cream- 1 cup
 
Maple-Blended Syrup- 3 tablespoons
 
Salt- 1 dash
 
Oranges- 2 navel
 
Bananas- 2 nos.
 
Pear- 1 medium
 
Apple- 1 medium
 
Grapes- 1/2 lb.
 
Pineapple Slices- 1 can (1 lb, 4 oz)
 
Pitted Date Halves- 1/2 cup

Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, place together sour cream, syrup, and salt, and mix well.
2) Place the cream mixture in refrigerator until ready .
3) When ready to serve peel oranges, and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
4) Slice the bananas in half crosswise, then lengthwise.
5) Cut pear and apple into wedges and core.
6) Cut grapes into small clusters.

SERVING
7) Place the fruits in a large platter with a bowl of dressing in the center.
8) Garnish the platter by sprinkling date halves and serve cold.
