Fresh Cranberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberries | 1 Pound, ground | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Apple sauce | 1 1⁄2 | |
| Crushed pineapple | 2 Cup (32 tbs), well drained | |
| Miniature marshmallows package | 8 Ounce | |
| Coarsely chopped nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Heavy cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine cranberries, sugar and applesauce.
Let stand for several hours or overnight.
Add pineapple, marshmallows and nuts; mixwell.
Whip cream; sweeten with sugar.
Mix with cranberry mixture until just blended.
Chill.
Serve with poultry or pork.
