 Cranberries1 Pound, ground
 Sugar2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Apple sauce1 1⁄2
 Crushed pineapple2 Cup (32 tbs), well drained
 Miniature marshmallows package8 Ounce
 Coarsely chopped nuts1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
 Heavy cream1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sugar4 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine cranberries, sugar and applesauce.
Let stand for several hours or overnight.
Add pineapple, marshmallows and nuts; mixwell.
Whip cream; sweeten with sugar.
Mix with cranberry mixture until just blended.
Chill.
Serve with poultry or pork.
