Ingredients

 9 cups fresh cut corn
 Cabbage2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups finely ground green peppers, seeded
 Red pepper2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Celery seed2 Teaspoon
 Mustard seed1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric2 Teaspoon
 Salt2 1/2 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cider vinegar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pimento1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Bring to a boil the vegetables, spices, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Cook uncovered twenty minutes, or until relish has thickened.
Stir in pimento.
Ladle into hot sterilized jars at once.
Seal immediately.
Let stand six weeks before using.
