Fresh Citrus Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 
3 tablespoons corn oil
 
Grated peel of 1/2 fresh lemon
 
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
 
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
 
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
 
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
 
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crushed
 
2 California-Arizona oranges, peeled and cut in quarter-cartwheels
 
2 cups Brussels sprouts, cut in half, cooked, and drained
 
1/4 pound (4 ounces) spaghetti broken in half, cooked and drained
 
1/4 cup sliced celery
 
1/4 cup chopped green onion

Directions

Combine corn oil, lemon peel and juice, mustard, sugar, garlic salt and tarragon in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; toss gently.
Chill before serving.
NOTE: Two cups cooked broccoli can be substituted for Brussels sprouts.
