Fresh Applesauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid | ||
| 1 pound tart apples | ||
Directions
In blender combine water, sugar, salt and ascorbic acid (sold with freezer supplier; some drugstores).
Peel and core apples and slice into blender.
Run blender at high speed 30 seconds or less.
