Fresh Vegetable Medley Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 pound broccoli, cut in thin stalks | ||
| Cauliflower | 1 Small | |
| 1 large zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick | ||
| 1 large crookneck squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick | ||
| 1 large patty pan squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick | ||
| 5 or 6 fresh mushrooms, cleaned and cut in half | ||
| 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut in strips | ||
| 1 medium sweet green pepper, cut in strips | ||
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. In a 2-quart glass baking dish or on a large glass serving platter, arrange broccoli around edge of dish; place cauliflower next to broccoli, and squash, mushrooms, and peppers alternately near the center of the dish.
2. In a 1-cup glass measure, combine butter, garlic salt, and pepper; heat 30 to 45 seconds. Drizzle butter over vegetables.
3. Cook, covered, 1 5 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are done as desired, rotating dish one-quarter turn every 5 minutes.
4. Rest, covered, 5 minutes
