Fresh Vegetable Marinate Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli stalks | 4 | |
| Mushrooms | 8 Large, sliced | |
| 1 medium-size green pepper, chopped | ||
| Celery stalks | 3 , chopped | |
| 1 small head cauliflower, broken into flowerets | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Poppy seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Separate broccoli into small flowers and cut into bite-size pieces.
2) Remove the stalks and use for some other recipe.
3) Mix flowerets, mushrooms, pepper, celery, and cauliflower and toss lightly.
4) Make a mixture of rest of the ingredients and pour over vegetables and freeze for at least 3 hours.
SERVING
5) Serve cold.
