Homemade Tomato Pasta Sauce Recipe Video

| Celery stick | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Carrot | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Sugar | 3⁄4 Pinch | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |

Directions
Add the onion, carrot, garlic and celery.
Add a tiny pinch of sugar and stir to combine.
Cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes until the vegetables have broken down and the sauce is getting concentrated.
Pass through a sieve or mouli, or pulverize in small quantities in your food processor or blender.
Serve the spaghetti sauce as is over pasta, or concentrate for a further 20 minutes over low heat until it has reached the desired consistency.
