Ingredients

 3 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped fine
 1 small onion, peeled and chopped fine
 Dried basil leaves8 Large, washed
 Finely chopped oregano1 Tablespoon, dried
 Rosemary1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
  black pepper1
 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Juice from 1 lemon, strained

Directions

1. Place tomatoes in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
2. Cook, drain, and sauce the pasta with half the mixture. Toss and add remaining sauce
