Fresh Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces | ||
| 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped fine | ||
| 1 small onion, peeled and chopped fine | ||
| Dried basil leaves | 8 Large, washed | |
| Finely chopped oregano | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Rosemary | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice from 1 lemon, strained | ||
Directions
1. Place tomatoes in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
2. Cook, drain, and sauce the pasta with half the mixture. Toss and add remaining sauce
