Fresh Tomato Juice Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 quarts tomatoes seeded halved | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, quartered | |
| Celery stalks | 2 | |
| Carrot | 1 Large | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Garden Blend | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Process tomatoes, onion, celery and carrot through electric juicer Pour into large saucepan; add remaining ingredients.
Cook over medium high heat until juice comes to a boil.
Cool.
Pour into a sealed glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
