Fresh Tomato Barbecue Sauce Recipe
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled|
|Peeled seeded chopped tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

1.Heat oil and fry onion and garlic in it.
2.Put tomatoes and cook until tender.
3.Add lemon juice, Tobasco sauce, dry mustard, brown sugar, and oregano and cook for 30 minutes until a thick mixture is formed.
4.Once done, put wine and heat
5.Add salt and pepper and allow the mixture to cool.
6.Blend once at room tempertaure.
7.Keep in a close container in the refrigerator.
8.Serve with barbeque foods.
