 4 puff pastry shells
 Strawberries2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Liqueur1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Lemon zest1 Teaspoon
 Custard2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apricot preserves1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Bake pastry shells 7 minutes, until brown.
Marinate strawberries in berry liqueur, sugar, and lemon zest, for at least 20 minutes.
Fill pastry shells with creme anglaise and cover with marinated berries.
Glaze with melted apricot preserves.
