Directions

In a large bowl, mix together strawberries and honey, and allow to stand for 30 minutes to soften berries.
In a food processor, puree berry mixture in 2 batches.
Strain into a large bowl.
Stir in lemon juice and water, and freeze until firm, about 2 1/2 hours.
Remove from freezer, and beat until smooth.
Freeze until firm, about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from freezer, and beat again until smooth.
Turn into a 4- or 5-cup container, cover, and freeze.
