Fresh Spinach Soup Recipe

| Spinach | 750 Milliliter, chopped | |
| 50 ml thinly sliced shallots or green onions | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 30 Milliliter | |
| Cream of celery | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1 1/2 soup cans milk | ||
| 1/2 soup can water | ||
| Lemon juice | 10 Milliliter | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1 Milliliter | |
Directions
In saucepan, cook spinach and shallots in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
