Classic Fresh Spinach Salad Recipe

| Small red onion | 1 | |
| Hard-cooked eggs - 3 , finely chopped | ||
| Bacon Slices | 6 | |

| Vegetable oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For The Dressing) | |
| Vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (For The Dressing) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For The Dressing) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon (For The Dressing) | |
| Celery seeds | 1 Teaspoon (For The Dressing) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (For The Dressing) | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (For The Dressing) | |
Directions
MAKING
1 Remove the stems from the spinach.
2 Thoroughly wash the leaves in lukewarm water.
3 Pat dry using a kitchen towel.
4 Tear the leaves into bite-size pieces.
5 In a large bowl, combine spinach, onion, eggs, and bacon.
6 For the dressing: In a container of electric blender, combine all the ingredients.
7 Process well.
8 Place in the refrigerator and chill thoroughly.
9 Stir well before serving.
SERVING
10 Serve with the dressing.
