Fresh Spinach and Lettuce Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach | 1 pound, thawed | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Lettuce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 8 eggs, well-beaten | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Wash spinach; drain well.
Mix together next 10 ingredients.
Melt butter in an 11-inch pie plate; pour vegetable mixture into it.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until- top is golden and crisp.
Can be served hotor chilled.
