Fresh Shrimp Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons each plain low fat yogurt, reduced calorie mayonnaise and ketchup | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

| 1 cup tiny bay shrimp, cooked | ||
| Nectarines | 2 , diced | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 6 soft sandwich buns | ||
| Lettuce leaves | 4 | |
Directions
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, black pepper and red pepper in large bowl; blend well.
Fold in shrimp, nectarines, celery and onions until well blended.
