Fresh Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups strained fresh raspberry puree (about 5 cups whole raspberries)
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 cups half and half or milk
1 cup sugar
Directions
Combine raspberry puree and lemon juice in large bowl.
Mix half and half and sugar in another bowl, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Fold sugar mixture into puree using rubber spatula; do not be concerned if mixture curdles or thickens.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour.
