Fresh Pineapple Salad Boats Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapples | 2 , chilled | |
| Oranges | 3 , chilled | |
| Strawberries | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Ripe avocados | 2 , peeled | |
| Honey-Lime Dressing | ||
Directions
Cut pineapples in half lengthwise through stem portion, too.
Using grapefruit or paring knife, loosen fruit from skin close to eyes to make pineapple shells.
Discard core; dice pineapple.
Pare and slice oranges crosswise.
Line 3 pineapple shells with orange slices, pulling slices high on sides to form scalloped edge.
Slice avocados; brush with Dressing.
Toss with diced pineapple and strawberries.
Heap mixture into pineapple shells.
