Fresh Pineapple Jubilee Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 cups diced pineapple
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
Vanilla ice cream
Directions
Combine orange marmalade, brown sugar, and corn syrup in blazer pan of chafing dish; stir in pineapple.
Cook and stir over direct heat till warm.
Heat liqueur in small pan; flame and pour over pineapple mixture.
Mix into sauce.
