Fresh Peach Pie Recipe

2 pounds fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
9-inch pastry shell, baked
Crumb Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/3 cup finely chopped nuts, optional
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Toss peaches with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon; arrange in prepared shell.
Cook, covered with wax paper, at HIGH 4 to 6 minutes, or until peaches are almost tender.
Meanwhile, prepare crumb topping.
In bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter, nuts and cinnamon.
Sprinkle pie with crumb topping.
Cook at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes, or until topping is set.
Cool.
