3 cups sliced peaches
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons minute tapioca
Directions
Put peaches into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with sugar and tapioca.
Place strips or top crust on pie.
Put strip of tin foil or damp cotton around edge of pie to prevent scorching.
Bake in a 450 degree oven for thirty minutes.
Reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake for fifteen minutes longer.
