Fresh Peach Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 large package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons Cointreau or orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup whipping cream 9- inch pastry shell, baked and cooled
3 cups sliced peeled peaches
1/3 cup orange marmalade
Directions
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and Cointreau or orange juice concentrate until smooth; gradually add the cream, beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
Spoon into pie shell; chill at least 30 minutes.
