Fresh Peach Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Package cream cheese | 1 Large | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons Cointreau or orange juice concentrate | ||
| 1/2 cup whipping cream 9- inch pastry shell, baked and cooled | ||
| Peaches | 3 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Orange marmalade | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and Cointreau or orange juice concentrate until smooth; gradually add the cream, beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
Spoon into pie shell; chill at least 30 minutes.
