Fresh Peach Clafouti Recipe
Fresh Peach Clafouti is an amazingly easy to prepare dessert which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Try this delicious Fresh Peach Clafouti; I am sure you will get a huge fan following for this!
Ingredients
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups peeled peach slices
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup half and half
1 egg, room temperature
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Powdered sugar
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Butter two 8-ounce au gratin dishes or 1 small baking dish.
Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sugar.
Arrange peaches in single layer in dish(es).
Mix milk, half and half, egg, flour, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and salt until smooth.
Pour batter over peaches.
Bake clafouti until puffed and golden, 35 to 40 minutes.
Just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
